It is a great opportunity to ask all of your baking and decorating questions. Class size is limited due to the several piping skills exercises and the guidance given to each student.

The perfectly frosted and smooth layer cake is a blank canvas for your buttercream piping decorations. A custom demonstration cake will have been made prior to your arrival. The class agenda is:

·      Hands-on piping skills exercises by students using multiple piping tips.  Techniques will include ruffles, ribbons, rosettes, shells, stars, zigzags and leaves

·      Demonstration of steps to frame, fill and frost a professionally smooth cake

·      Discussion on how to bake a great cake & the types of frosting
